Registration Form, Medical Release Form, Code of Conduct Contract and $125 registration fee must all be completed and returned before June 2, 2024 in order for student to be registered for the camp. $125 registration fee can be paid online by clicking on this link: https://fremontoperahouse.org/donate/ and then clicking on the Donate button (include student’s name and “summer camp” in notes field) or enclose check with mailed in forms.

Scholarships
Through the generosity of community donations, the Fremont Opera House is offering a limited number of scholarships to help offset the cost of the camp. The amount of scholarships will be determined based on the number of applications submitted. Applications must be received by May 15, 2024 to be considered for a scholarship.
Scholarship recipients will be chosen by the Fremont Opera House Board and all decisions are final. Recipients will be notified by May 31, 2024.
